• Have a local trusted person have your keys to your second home , allowing for the services below to be done on your behalf.

Keep your house keys safely guarded !

 If authorized , book and sign out keys to pre- approved people

• Hold your house keys in safe keeping , in EU approved key safes 

• Provide on site service for any works / projects you wish to organize 

• Commit to  open up your house to pre arranged tradesmen of your choice.

• Stay on site while works done ( Charge per hour)

• Arrange , organize & liaise with your contractors , in local French language

Before you arrive for your first time in the season , we will 

1.Clean all floors  

2. Clean all toilets/bathrooms 

3. Dust down all furniture 

4. Check all mains supplies are working  

5. Make up beds   

6. Place & supply clean towels / sheets 

7. Clean & freshen all interior bins 

7. 'Air'  the house & 'freshen' internal sink drains

After your end of season we will 

1. Place your dust covers over key items /furniture 

2. Bring in any outdoor garden furniture etc 

3, Drain off mains water ( if requested) 

4. Read meters 

4. Itemize any repair works that need work over the 'off season'.

All this is logged in an 'End of Season' status and sent to you with accompanying photographs

Advise/Translate Local bills for you 

Inform you when local taxes have arrived ,forward them on (if applicable) and help you , understand the process to pay them

Manage mail

Check your letter box 

Remove unwanted marketing maildrops

Select out letters for you and either forward on to you / open and scan forward for you

Manage /translate as required
