A: We can agree to visit your property , after a period of heavy weather & heavy downpours. We then send a dated photo & brief e-mail to confirm all is OK , and any action required. |

A: We hold keys in British Certified Safes , without names / addresses attached. We are also trusted key holders for many years and can supply references from many local British people , who you are free to talk to. |
| Q: How can I rent out my home , and have someone locally to manage the property as I want it? |

A: We already manage many Holiday Rental properties , and know the routines. We will tailor the service the way you want it to be for your rental guests |
| Q : Can I arrange for my Holiday Rental guest (or even me !) to be collected from the airport to the villa without hiring a Rental Hire car ? |

A: Yes , of course , we can pick you / your rental guests up and do a door to door service , saving Hire car , charges , which are high in the summer months. |
| Q : How can my garden , or swimming pool be maintained in my absence |

A: Lots of people have swimming pools and we follow the manufacturers recommended procedures. Gardens usually require shrub and hedge trimming in Roussillon , but limited grass cutting. |
