We will :

Prepare your house² for your guests , including changeover

-1- Clean your Second Home for rental clients

          ( Vacuum & Wash Floors / dust / empty & clean fridge & freezer / kitchen etc)

-2- Change all laundry

         (Bed sheets / towels / Kitchen towels / bath mats etc. )   

-3- Clean all  WC &  bathrooms

        (Clean / freshen up / Toilet rolls / Sanitary bins & bags etc)

-4- Check all appliances still in working order

        (TV/DVD  : Kitchen appliances : light bulbs : toilet flush : shutters : windows : bed not damaged : keys all working order : table & chairs not wobbly : no significant crockery/utensils missing  etc)

    +   

-5- Rental Guests "Welcome Pack"

        (Write and leave a "User guide" for rental guests , for local information & Maps , plus how to use the appliances and items in your specific villa / apartment)

 - 6- End of Rental Period  

• Removal of Fridge contents

• Removal of towels & bed sheets

• Conduct an inventory check on the departure day

• Collect keys & Portable appliances  ( e.g. : TV remotes , keys , entry remotes to parking lots , swimming pool keys/armbands etc)

Personally introduce & handhold your guests service :  

These are available at additional costs 

1. Meet your Rental Guests from a local airport / train station   ( e.g. :Perpignan, Beziers , or others) and transport them direct to your rental home.

2. Meet & Greet at your rental house .Hand over the keys to them on your behalf & agree inventory , plus familiarize them with how the house & appliances etc works.

3. Meet and Say Goodbye on the Leaving day , check property & conduct inventory checks together

4. Transport of your guests back to local airports / stations

 Items marked Extra ¹ are charged either directly to your guest client , or to you , for you to add directly onto your rental charge to your client

Costs

All the above is included in the fixed costs per service above. In addition travel from our Offices in Saint Cyprien ,  to your house & back will be charged , as below. 

Mileage costs will be calculated on currently published Michelin guide rates: www.viamichelin.fr  (e.g. : rates at June 2010 were circa €0.40 , or 40 cents a km in 2010)
